WISE MAN CLUB

The idea was born during a stay in Florence as part of a mandate.

They have style, they have status, they have time, they have money: the baby boomer generation is currently the most affluent target group in fashion. For them, quality always has its price; they were socialized in fashion before fast fashion destroyed the morals of the industry.
Cheap things are just as foreign to them as anything lacking in style; they have learned that their outfit is an important part of their appearance and cultivate the daily dressing ritual with joy. The best conditions to offer these men an attractive fashion range!

Together with Dieter Gambke, an experienced sales professional from the HAKA scene, this idea was implemented.

Founder Meeting

START UP

In the beautiful Palatinate on a weekend in May 2023, we met together with our wives for a "founder meeting".

We "negotiated" about the division of tasks, the product portfolio, the roadmap and decided to establish a joint "START UP" consisting of equal parts.

Dieter and Uwe are also supposed to become the “testimonials” of the brand.

There was absolutely nothing except the idea and a vision. Kerstin
developed the first small, compact collection together with her design team.

In the months April to October 2023, I developed together with my
Portuguese partners the materials and prototypes.

All materials were produced sustainably and fairly in Portugal. All production facilities operate transparently, without an opaque "sub-supplier structure".

When Dieter received the collection and was completely enthusiastic, the way was clear for the sales to start.

ROAD SHOW

As the person responsible for sales, Dieter decided to hold a ROAD SHOW throughout Germany. I accompanied him on several customer visits.

My team covered the trip on social media with great media coverage. After a four-week road show, the entire industry knew about the WISE MAN CLUB. The path to becoming a brand was paved.

A total of 80 new customers were acquired, all of whom were enthusiastic about the concept and the outstanding quality of the products.

The first sales phase was a complete success!

Management & Controlling

Production, which I organized and supervised, began in December 2023.

As early as February 2024, the entire production was ready for delivery for all customer orders.

The delivery rate was 100%

SHOOTING & WEBSITE & Marketing

In February 2024, a small Frankfurt café opened a
"cool" photo shoot.

Impressive images were created, which I used together with my team to design POS advertising material.

I was also commissioned to build a website with an attached webshop and to set up the B2B area.

In March 2024 we went ONLINE in parallel with delivery.

In March 2023, all goods for all customer orders were delivered and a certain stock contingent was placed online in the B2B shop for reorders.

In addition to the completeness of customer orders, all retailers received professional "POS advertising material"

All customers were highly satisfied with the outcome of the goods.

The success story came to an "unexpected end"

Dieter Gambke announced his withdrawal from the project "for health reasons".

In one fell swoop, the distribution and one of the two "faces" of the brand were gone. This unexpected turn of events caused economic damage and the wonderful story could not be continued.

The brand was discontinued with a heavy heart.
