Does Uwe handle all mandates alone?
My principle is that all my mandates are a matter for the boss, because only when I am fully on the subject can I give my clients effective advice. Nevertheless, I get active support from experts in my network on numerous projects.
There are always specialists who can simply do certain things better. In my career, I have learned to "delegate" where necessary, without losing focus on the goal.
I am a freelance consultant in cooperation with the international US consulting and sales company MIAMI free wear & partner. A whole range of top-class specialists with the same "mindset" have found themselves under this roof. All clients benefit from this

Are you available as a temporary employee?
We discuss the plan and objectives with our clients in advance. The outcome is what matters, not the number of hours we spend on-site or our status as an employee. Our on-site time commitment depends on the specific client and can be very high at specific times (trade fairs or events). We view our consulting services not as employees, but as partners working toward a common goal.
How long does Uwe want to continue working?
Actually, I have never "worked", but have always pursued my passions. I am passionately interested in all of my tasks and projects and as long as the fire in me "burns" and my health allows it, I will continue to be available for cool and interesting projects.
Are you tied to a location?
We are FREE COSMOPILTAN in the truest sense of the word. We live wherever we are needed most and wherever we like. No matter where you live, you'll feel like we're close to you and your project.
Do you work on a success basis?
We work on an hourly and daily basis. We are generally open to a certain amount of performance-related compensation.
How much does a consultation cost?
Our consulting costs only a fraction of what it will bring you. If this isn't clear upfront, there's no point in engaging a consulting engagement. Our general hourly rates are in the range of manager fees, based on hours, days, or an individual consulting period. In any case, the question of fees is clarified upfront and before our services begin.
We offer the initial consultation free of charge (with reimbursement of travel expenses). Initial consultations are conducted exclusively in person at our clients' locations.
Are there minimum requirements?
I do not set any minimum requirements and accept new mandates based on criteria that I consider to be more important. What is important is the content and the added value for you as the client. It only makes sense if I feel that my advice can add value for you and your project.
